Thank you for your interest in McGonigle’s Market

When we ship a package, we guarantee that your package will arrive in excellent condition and in a timely manner, provided that the shipping information you provide us is correct.

All meat products are USDA Inspected and labeled as such on the shipping box for your safety and security:

Your steaks are vacuum packed and placed in a thermal bag with dry ice. They are then placed in a custom made double insulated Styrofoam cooler inside of a shipping container creating a safe, reliable “mini freezer” designed to keep your order frozen until it is delivered. We do not place sales flyers or pricing information in any of our packages.

No signature is required for delivery of your steaks:

If your recipient is not present our delivery service will leave the package in a secure location. McGonigle’s Market does not notify recipients in advance of delivery. It is your responsibility to let the recipient know that their package is on its way. You will be notified by UPS through email when your package leaves our building. The email will contain tracking information and a scheduled delivery date.

If you are not pleased with the quality of the product or if it arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us by phone or email and we will reship the package or issue you a full refund if it is necessary.
