Spice Up Your Memorial Day Menu with this Spicy Mayo Recipe

Spicy Mayo McGonigle'sIngredients:
½ cup light mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Just simply mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until they’re blended thoroughly. It should turn a nice light creamy-orange color. You can pick up all the ingredients you need from our grocery department at McGonigle’s Market. Use this on anything from fried chicken sandwiches, to burgers, to fish sandwiches, to sushi! It’s even good smothered onto fresh corn on the cob. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
